The political rule of thumb is that no matter how high you go there will always be someone above you. That's the beauty of it say your the president the people have control over you. But who makes the peoples laws, that's the congress. But the president approves them. and the judge interprets them. Even in Dictatorships you are out classed by the more powerful and stronger democracies and it's just one big circle. Even the most powerful are controlled by the majority who are the least powerful.
In the picture above you see the most powerful minorities. But "We The People" control them under popular sovereignty. The end of this world will be when there is one person over anyone else that nobody controls. Then we can truly ask ourselves, "What Has The World Come To?"
