The U.S. is a mosaic of different races and cultures, so why do we still have a bias pledge of allegiance. Shouldn't we take the part out that may be sectional against a growing number of Americans. We should get off our high horse and pay some more attention to the new cultures in America.
Myself I am an Atheist. I will always be an Atheist. When we said the pledge of allegiance in class when I was younger I would never be proud because of the under God part that always made me think less of a country that is taking tradition over moving forward and accepting other Religions and Cultures. These should be Times of change.
