Composure Not Exposure!!!!

May 5th 2009 20:06
"If some one does something just do mess with your head, the best answer is always a smile."
I heard this saying and i believe it is true when someone exposes something about you to make you angry, keep your composure and answer with a smile. Because if you lose your head your giving the antagonist exactly what they want. Have you ever been in a store and being about to check out and you look over and there are those celebrity exposure magazines. They look like this.
EXPOSURE

You think wow, how do those people keep their composure, well a lot of them don't like Brittany Spears (on cover of magazine). So remember if someone says to something just to crush you (see my post Crushing People) then smile at hem and make them look stupid. If you can keep your composure then nobody can hurt you. Good advice, Nameless One. It's not always so easy to do. I think it's human nature to want to lash back when you are crushed. That's why turning the other cheek is so difficult. But it's also why it shows a real strength of character when people do that. They have overcome their first reaction in order to do the better thing. I've been crushed myself before and I have to say I definitely haven't always smiled. It is such a hard thing to do.
